Booking & payment
All lessons require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in cash or card before your session begins.
Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your lesson. Inside 24 hours we're happy to reschedule, but the deposit is non-refundable. If we have to cancel due to unsafe conditions you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule.
Safety & assumption of risk
Surfing involves inherent risk. By booking a lesson you confirm you can swim 50 meters in open water and you accept the natural risks of the ocean. Our instructors are certified in surf rescue and first aid; we follow strict ratios and wave-size limits for beginners.
Equipment
We provide the wetsuit, board, and leash. Please return equipment in the condition you received it — reasonable wear and tear is on us, but lost or broken gear due to negligence may be charged at replacement cost.
Photos & video
We sometimes share photos from lessons on social media. If you'd rather we didn't use yours, just let your instructor know before the session.
